I’m traveling back from D.C. as I write this, and the U.S. Senate is only days away from voting on devastating cuts that would take away Medicaid healthcare coverage from 129,616 Oregonians with disabilities and end Affordable Care Act healthcare coverage for 36,220 Oregonians.

This Administration’s "One Big Beautiful Bill” is not “beautiful,” it’s brutal—it cuts $1 trillion from anti-poverty programs that provide food assistance to children, healthcare to people with disabilities, and so many other important programs. Our community will pay a heavy price if it passes. We need your help today to stop it.
